Most products purchased from nuvellalife™ may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Show no signs of assembly, damage, or excessive handling.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Requesting a Return

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

5. Product Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, we recommend:

Customers whose orders are delivered within the European Union may have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
