Return Window and Eligibility

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at service@nuvellalife.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
